These should help answer some of the questions you may have regarding our services.

  • We cover up to 15 miles from IP16 (Leiston) and for a delivery fee we will cover areas up to 50 miles away depending on equipment and availability.

  • You can Book Online via our website or submit an enquiry form via our Contact Us page. Once we have confirmed availability we will send an invoice via email.

    For SOFT PLAY bookings a £50 Damage Deposit is required to secure your date.

    For BALLOON DISPLAY bookings a £50 Booking Fee is required to secure your date.

  • We offer free delivery and collection within 15 miles of IP16. For further distances the following rates apply:

    15 - 20 miles £5

    20 - 25 miles £10

    25 - 30 miles £15

    35 - 40 miles £20

    40 - 45 miles £25

    These rates cover delivery and collection to your chosen venue.

  • After submitting your Online Booking Form you will receive an invoice.

    SOFT PLAY

    A £50 Damage Deposit must be paid via BACS or PayPal within 14 days to secure your booking and cover any potential damages to equipment during the hire period. The full cost of your booking is due 7 days before your event unless alternative payment methods have been discussed in advance. Providing there is no damaged or missing items, your deposit will be returned within 14 days of equipment collection.

    BALLOON DISPLAYS

    A £50 Booking Fee must be paid via BACS or PayPal within 14 days to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. The outstanding balance is due 7 days before your event unless alternative payment methods have been discussed in advance.

    Any balloon items £75 or under must be paid in full at the time of booking unless alternative payment methods have been discussed in advance.

  • As per our Terms & Conditions, if you cancel your booking with 7 days notice or more, your deposit can be refunded OR transferred to another date, subject to availability. If we have to cancel your booking (excluding reasons beyond our control) then any money paid will be refunded.

  • Due to unpredictable UK weather, we only offer outdoor set ups from April to September. If your event is outdoors please ensure the ground is dry for 24-48 hrs prior to the date of your event. For all outdoor events, a ground sheet will be provided free of charge to be used under equipment for protection. Always ensure you have available shelter such as a gazebo, or a back up indoor area for the soft play equipment incase of hot or inclament weather.

  • You should allow at least an hour to set up before the start time of your event and an hour to pack away at the end. So if your event is from 2pm to 6pm, hire the venue from 1pm to 7pm.

  • Our prices are based on a 4 hour hire period. This does not include setting up or packing away. You can hire our equipment for additional hours or for an overnight hire if your event is at home and you wish to keep the equipment for up to 24 hours. The latest we will collect soft play is 8pm.

  • You are welcome to keep any balloons after your event. You must however return all other hire items such has florals, props, stands and signs.

  • We inspect all equipment on collection. If any items are found to be damaged or lost we will discuss this with you at the time. The cost of the replacement will be deducted from the deposit, with any remainder returned to you. Significant damages beyond the value of the deposit will need to be discussed with you personally. You will then be billed accordingly for replacement items.
